- To send registration confirmations, seat details, reminders, prep guides, and post-workshop follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send you information about future workshops, courses, or offers, where you have not opted out.

- WhatsApp/email/SMS automation service providers, solely to deliver the communications described above.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
1.4 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law (including the Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST-related record-keeping requirements), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, enable core functionality (such as the income calculator and checkout), and understand aggregate usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.
1.8 Children’s Privacy
Our workshop and website are intended for adults (18 years and above) engaged or interested in direct selling businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
1.9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
2. Terms & Conditions
Governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Direct Selling Guidelines, 2021 (issued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for, and attendance at, the Distributor Success Programme workshop conducted by Aslam Kureshi (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”), and your use of this website. By registering or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 Nature of the Programme
The Distributor Success Programme is a paid, one-day skills and leadership training workshop for individuals engaged in direct selling, network marketing, and affiliate marketing. It is a training and education service only. It is:
- Not a business opportunity, investment scheme, or money circulation scheme under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
- Not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any specific direct selling company. The Organizer does not recruit attendees into any downline, sell any direct-selling product or plan, or receive any commission linked to your subsequent business activity.
- Not a guarantee, promise, or projection of income. Any figures, examples, or illustrations (including the on-site income calculator) are illustrative only, based on concepts discussed in the workshop, and actual results depend entirely on individual effort, market conditions, and the terms of your own company/compensation plan.
If you are already engaged with a direct selling entity, you remain solely responsible for complying with that entity’s own code of conduct and the Direct Selling Guidelines, 2021 applicable to it.
2.2 Registration & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to register.
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and receipt of an email confirmation with your seat number.
- Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration details. The Organizer is not liable for missed communications due to incorrect contact details supplied by you.
2.3 Fees
The current early-bird fee and any applicable regular price are displayed on the registration page at the time of booking, plus applicable GST. Prices, bonuses, and early-bird windows may change without prior notice for future registrations, but will not affect a registration already confirmed.
2.4 Venue, Schedule & Changes
The workshop date, timing, and venue are as stated on this website at the time of registration (venue details to be confirmed and communicated by email/WhatsApp before the event). The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue, reschedule the date/time, or modify the curriculum/speaker line-up due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to venue unavailability, force majeure events, illness, or regulatory requirements), and will notify registrants of any such change as soon as reasonably possible.
2.5 Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the trainer, staff, and fellow attendees. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or unlawful, without refund.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All workshop content, frameworks, workbooks, slides, and any recordings are the intellectual property of Aslam Kureshi. Attendees may use what they learn in their own business but may not record, reproduce, resell, or publicly redistribute the workshop content or materials without prior written permission.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability arising out of or relating to your registration or attendance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the workshop. The Organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of business income, arising from your use of the training content or attendance at the event. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2.8 Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any grievance regarding registration, payment, or the workshop may be raised with our Grievance Officer (see Contact Us below). We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer forum/commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process above, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Organizer’s registered place of business in India, or resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at the Organizer’s election.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Read carefully before completing payment. Governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
3.1 No Cash Refunds
Given the limited, first-come-first-served seating and the costs committed by the Organizer in advance (venue, catering, materials) once you register, registration fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.
3.2 Adjustment Towards a Future Workshop
We understand genuine emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend for a genuine reason (such as a medical emergency or an unavoidable family emergency), we will, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, adjust your paid registration towards a seat at an upcoming workshop, subject to:
- You informing us by email or WhatsApp as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case before the workshop date, along with the reason for your inability to attend.
- Reasonable supporting information being provided if requested.
- Seat availability at the future workshop you wish to adjust to; any price difference (if the future workshop’s price is higher) will need to be paid by you.
- The adjustment being usable within 12 months of your original registration date.
3.3 Seat Transfer
You may transfer your seat to another individual by informing us at least 48 hours before the workshop, subject to the transferee meeting the eligibility criteria in these Terms.
3.4 Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
If the Organizer cancels or indefinitely postpones the workshop, you will be offered, at your choice, either a full refund of the amount paid or a confirmed seat at the rescheduled date/future workshop. Refunds in this case will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
3.5 Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or notice a duplicate payment, contact us immediately with your transaction ID so we can investigate and correct it via Razorpay.
